Glad they are putting the new 2016 models in!

I received an email invitation to download the app and when I tried to download it...nothing happens. It says Ive downloaded it but it doesnt even show up. I deleted the nonexistent app and tried to re-download it several times with no better results.

I am too lazy to read my OM. I wish everybody made "how to" videos- it would make my life a lot easier.

Still requires VIN # to view manuals. 16 model info limited to a bunch of video tutorials, no manuals available. Appears to be an eye candy update.

Previous versions were very useful. Now this update (?) removes the manual to my car? Wow. Whats the point? Im dumbfounded that this would happen. On purpose.

Love my new car and the how to do videos featured in this app. Helps me understand the more common features I use verse the owners manual.

I was on the fence about buying a VW. This app changed my mind!

I found this app very useful with the video tutorials and Quick Start Guides. A very well thought out app.

It’s a watered down manual that includes everything but the important parts such as maintenance schedules along with specific information on fluids such as engine oil type, filter types, etc. It takes up about 1 gig of space on your device. Also, in their last build, the release notes listed the following as an upgrade: Removed manuals for models made in 2013, 2014, and 2015. How is that an upgrade?! Worst app ever. Don’t download!

Is there a way to get the info on that car it used to be on there and now gone

I have a 2015 manual TDI Sportwagon SE, and diesel-gate aside, I love it. This app, unfortunately, is a complete waste of space on my phone -- 1.1 GB --and for what? A bunch of videos? Supposedly you can search the manual, but instead of results specific to your vehicle, it returns results for every model made in the last three years. Forget trying to use more than one keyword, such as "fuel tank size." Delete.

This app is pointless to have when the exact same videos are all on the VW website. On the app you still have to download the videos. These videos dont even cover everything that is featured in my car. I dont need to know about options that dont come on my vehicle, but I would like to know why my panel randomly flashes the temperature at me. Why is there a snow tire setting? What is that? Why isnt there a video explaining THAT?! Lastly, every time I open the app I have to re-select my vehicle. This is extremely annoying!!! An option to store info like your VIN, plate number, etc. with login info would be helpful.

No sound on iPhone. Sound on iPad works. Videos are very basic. Why does VW refuse to make pdf of their owners manual? App support just takes you their website. If VW wants to regain owners loyalties, this is not how to do it.

This app doesnt work and even if it did have functioning audio, it only teaches you super easy things you could have already figured out yourself in ten seconds. Without owners manuals included, this app is a waste of a gigabyte of phone storage.

I found this app to be very helpful and easy to understand!
