Interesting but ...

App has potential but access to some documents requires a serial number. When I enter there serial number for my 2014 Tiguan the app does not recognize it and will not let me access the user manual.
Tried with the serial number for my wife’s 2014 Jetta with the same results.

Why require a serial number in the first place ??

Now that you have removed the VIN requirement for 2016 models, why not do it for all previous model years?
